We will typically have your custom cut pork order ready within 7 to 14 days.

Custom cutting puts you in control and removes the backlog in high prices that are so commonly associated with USDA butchering facilities in the farms that are forced to use them.

Our process allows you the consumer to pick the approximate live weight of the animal you want – then you pick the breed that you want. Deposits average around $500 for a whole pig or $300 for a half. Your deposit makes you the proud owner of a live pig!!!!
